My score is blank, or says "Still calibrating"

This is the most common one and it is almost always expected behaviour. Slowpulse needs about two weeks of readings before it has a baseline to compare against, and it specifically needs resting heart rate and HRV, which your Apple Watch mostly records while you sleep.

Health permissions are the usual culprit. iOS never tells an app it was denied — the app simply receives nothing — so a missed toggle looks exactly like missing data.

The Apple Watch app shows no data

I'm not getting stress alerts

Alerts are a Premium feature. Check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → Slowpulse, that alerts are enabled inside the app's own Settings tab, and that a baseline has been established — the app will not alert on data it cannot interpret.

Restoring a purchase

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases follow your Apple Account, so use the same one you bought with. Subscriptions are managed on your device in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Refunds

All App Store purchases are refunded by Apple rather than by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If Apple declines and you think that is unfair, write to us and we will do what we can.

Deleting your data

Delete the app. Everything it stored goes with it — there is no copy anywhere else. Readings in Apple Health belong to Health, not to Slowpulse, and are removed in the Health app.

Something else

Email [email protected] with your iOS and watchOS versions and what you were doing. If it is a scoring problem, a screenshot of the Dashboard helps.
